1. Introduction

1.1 Insurtech Week is a product of Insurtech Insights Limited (hereinafter “ITI”). ITI is a company registered in England and Wales at 21 Buckingham Gate, London, United Kingdom, SW1E 6LS, with registered company number 11222524.

1.2 The following terms and conditions apply to anyone attending or intending to attend any Insurtech Week event, from the date of publishing until these terms are superseded by a new version. ITI may update these terms at any time for legal or regulatory reasons, or to reflect changes in ITI services or business practices.

2. Booking and reservation

2.1 To reserve a place at any event as a delegate you should complete the online registration/application form.

2.2 All registrations will receive a confirmation email after the event host has approved their application to attend. ITI reserves the rights to cancel your registration in the event of incorrect or incomplete information or any other irregularities. If there is no longer availability at the event, we will send you an email informing you of such.

3. Changes to the event

3.1 For reasons beyond our control, it may be required that we alter the event’s advertised format, content, location and/or timing. We reserve the right to this at any time. In cases where we change the date or location of the event, we will inform all confirmed delegates.

3.2 We are not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs or expenses incurred by the delegates if we are required to relocate, cancel, postpone or alter in any other way the event.

4. Content

4.1 Any content as presentations, documentation, and materials is at all times owned by the host of the event. No filming, recording, photographing or republication, broadcast or other dissemination of the content is permitted furthermore you shall not at any time reproduce, modify, distribute, store, transfer or in any other way use any of the Content and in particular you shall not upload any content into any shared system, include any Content in a database, including any content in a website, transmit, re-circulate or otherwise make available any content to anyone else, without the express written consent of the owner of the content.

4.2 To the extent that any Content is made available by us online we reserve the right to suspend or remove access to such Content at any time.

4.3 You do at all times acknowledge that we will be entitled to record, film or photograph, the Event and agree to waive any rights arising under the laws of any jurisdiction. You grant to us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to make such use of your name, voice, biography and likeness in any media and any recording, filming or photography of the Event as reasonably required in connection with the exploitation, advertising, and promotion of the Event and Insurtech Week

5. No reselling

5.1 All registrations confirmed is for own personal use or that of your business only. No registrations of any category can be resold under any circumstance. Reselling or transferring any giving ticket without permission or accordance with the terms, will void the registration.

5.2 We reserve the rights to void any registration whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any reselling.

7. Other

7.1 We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any person or any personal property directly or indirectly resulting from any Insurtech Week events or activities.

7.2 These Terms and Conditions and the rights and obligations of both parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wales and England and both parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in respect of any dispute which arises hereunder.
